What stays on your device
The classroom placement guide uses the date of birth you enter to suggest an age group. The calculation takes place on your device and the date is not saved by this site.
A tour request stays on your device until you choose to send it by email or submit it through a connected request service. The request asks for a parent's contact details, a child's date of birth, and preferred timing. It does not ask for a child's name. The exact date of birth is used only for the placement guide; an email request includes the suggested age group, not the date itself.

This website is intended for parents and guardians. It does not offer accounts or activities for children under 13, and children should not submit their own information through the inquiry form.
The classroom guide keeps the exact date of birth on your device. The site’s selected classroom and building photos do not show identifiable children. The operator’s full policy for children’s records, photo permissions and any retained inquiry information is still to be supplied before production.
