Still have a question?
Every family’s needs are a little different. Our team can help you talk through the details for your preferred center.
Contact usWhat ages do you welcome?
Our age groups begin with infants at six weeks, followed by young toddlers (12–23 months), older toddlers (24 months–3 years), preschool (3–4 years) and school age. Your center will confirm placement and availability.
What are your opening hours?
Our centers are open Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please confirm holiday schedules and your enrollment hours with your chosen center.
Can we visit before enrolling?
Yes. New families are invited to tour before enrollment, meet the staff, ask questions, review the parent handbook and discuss enrollment paperwork. Request a preferred time and the center will confirm the details.
How much is tuition?
Tuition rates and registration fees vary by location. Contact your center for current tuition, registration fees and availability. The website does not publish a complete current tuition schedule, so we don’t calculate a price estimate.
Is there a minimum number of days?
Children attend a minimum of three days per week. Please discuss the current schedule options and your family’s needs with the director.
How will I hear about my child’s day?
We use Brightwheel for family communication. Families are also welcome to call or email. Ask your center how to set up your account.
What should we bring?
Please bring bedding, extra clothes and lunch where applicable, as well as milk for infants and toddlers who need it. The center provides diapers, wipes and snacks. Your center can confirm its current classroom list and meal options.
Do you offer virtual tours?
You can request a virtual tour as a preference. The center will confirm whether that format is available; submitting a request does not reserve an appointment.
Can I join a waiting list?
A waiting list is used when needed, depending on classroom availability. Contact the center to ask about current openings and the next step.
Do you accept childcare assistance?
Pennsylvania’s Child Care Works and Pre-K Counts may offer support to eligible families. Ask your Early Learning Resource Center about eligibility and confirm participating programs directly. This website does not confirm center participation.
